Fully Comprehensive Service Cover


Allows customers to rely upon a pre-determined budget,  knowing that their systems maintenance and service requirements are covered within an all-inclusive price.


Routine Plus Service Cover


Takes care of your systems maintenance programme within the price and incorporates regular routine attendance to comply with governing standards. Call-outs and parts are charged at contract rates.


Extended Warranty


Where necessary, PEL can extend warranty on systems that are past the initial twelve months. This is normally provided with a routine maintenance agreement to ensure equipment is kept in good operational condition.


3rd Party Equipment


PEL Engineers have the skills, accreditations and knowledge to support a wide range of third party systems, an essential requirement for providing maintenance services across a variety of group-customer premises.

NB: All our Field Engineers have a current DBS (enhanced) Certificate and will provide their DBS number for independent verification, upon request. Please note: in accordance with DBS guidelines we do not provide photocopies, or permit the copying of DBS documentation.
