I am afraid the invoice for the annual maintenance contract has been mislaid, and I would like to impose on your good will to ask the credit controller to e-mail another ASAP I will have it paid quicker than the builders can cut a cable.

Dear Mr Faulks,
My name is Charles Ainslie and I am the Business Manager at Reading Girl’s School. We have had a considerable quantity of of work done here at the School, including our new Post-16 Centre, our new behavioural unit as well as the main school itself.
The work has included Fire, CCTV and Access Control, with many changes and orders with very short delivery and installation times required.
I would like to thank Richard Thorn and Mark Snelling for meeting all our requirements, understanding some very vague requests on our part and providing us with a service I cannot fault. All deadlines were met and even now last minute orders are being dealt with.
It gives me great peace of mind to know that my work is made much easier by PEL and these teams in a climate of schools not getting good value service from companies who take our business for granted. Richard and his teams have made us feel that our business is important to PEL, however small the need at times.
I hope this letter doesn’t come across as too gushy, but we really do thank them and PEL for their work here. It has led me to favour PEL in dealing with all our CCTV, Fire and Intruder needs in the coming years.

Re: Works to upgrade PA System
I am please to have this opportunity of writing this brief note to you to acknowledge the professional manner in which your company carried out the recent upgrade to our Public Address system. In particular, I would like to say a big thank you to Peter Saunders whose conduct from start to finish has been exemplary. Throughout the project he kept in regular contact to ensure everything ran smoothly and was always available to deal with any queries.
